Job Description:

Strong experience in Linux/Unix commands

String experience in Source Control Toolsand Continuous Integration Tools -Maven ,Gradle, Ant Jenkins, Ansible, puppet,chef

Strong experience in build and deployments

Strong debugging skills and very goodunderstanding on Java and rest services

Experience in Automating build anddeployment, system configurations and security settings

Good experience with Oracle and Mongo databases

A working understanding of code and script- Java/J2ee, PHP, Python  etc.

Strong knowledge and experience with Loadbalancers, VIP’s , GTM/GSLB etc.

Strong knowledge in Jetty, Node, Tomcat andWeb-logic servers.

Strong experience in writing Ansibleplaybooks, shell scripts and cronjobs

Strong experience in TroubleshootingApplication and deployment related issues.

Good Experience and understanding on ACL'sand validations

Good experiences in installing RPM's andsoftware’s on Linux/Unix machines

Experience in maintaining and monitoringenvironments , servers, Splunk and documentation

Knowledge of best practices and operationsin an always-up, always-available service

Strong grasp of automation tools

Comfort with collaboration, opencommunication and reaching across teams

Comfort with frequent, incremental codetesting and deployment

Ability to use a wide variety of opensource technologies and tools

Apple experience with tools like DevOps,Shield, Monsoon, Radar, Espresso and Central station is preferred
