 Position: Practice Principal - SAP PP/PP-PI Consultant

Position Requirements

10+ years SAP Supply Chain Management Core PP/PP-PI consultingexperience with multiple full project lifecycle implementations and a minimumof three FLC projects in a SCM or Operations lead role with oversight inplanning, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and warehouse/logisticsexecution processes.Must have expert level PP-PI process industry experience,preference is Chemical IndustryExperience with APO including the integration ofSAP ECC to APO and an understanding of APO requirements within the ECCapplication is highly desired.Global SAP template experience with multipleimplementation rollouts preferably in Europe and North America (International).Experience in all planning processes SOP, DM, LTP, Demand Management, MPS, MRP,and CBP.Experienced with PP integration with WM.Experienced in productionexecution (Shop Floor Control)Experienced in CO-Product Costing.Strengths inquality processes within PP. Understand impacts and consideration of thequality system in the chemical industry.Experience with batchmanagementKnowledge of SAP Recipe Management, experience in SAP EH&S-RM orPLM-RD preferred.Familiarity with product lifecycle managementprocess.Understanding and the application of Engineering Change Management andOrder Change management functionality.Knowledge of SAP cross-application andcentral functions such as classification and document management.Technicalapplication development (ABAP) background or capabilities is a plus. SAP debugand capability to perform an evaluation of SAP provided enhancements (e.g.function module, BAPI) is preferred.Experience with onsite/offshore deliverymodel.Chemical industry experience preferred.Additional experience with anyindustry specific tools/solutions preferred

General Position Requirements:

Analyze business requirements (e.g., functional and technicalrequirements, information need, business processes) by conductinginformation-gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information andbeing able to document an accurate understanding of their business requirementsand mapping of those to SAP business processes.Confidence and ability to makerecommendations for selection of appropriate SAP business processes to meetclient requirements effectivelyFunctionality Testing: Knowledge of and abilityto use testing methodologies, processes and tools for testing of functionality,including unit, integration, system, regression and dry run testing.Ability todesign and develop test plans (e.g., test objectives, test cases, test data,test scripts) for executing unit, integration, system or acceptance testing inorder to ensure the solution meets the business requirements.Develop processmodels based on business requirements in order to determine the completeness ofthe information and process components.Coordinate execution of project tasks inyour functional area and be comfortable in working under the pressure of tightproject deadlines.Provide support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minorenhancements, monitoring, testing) for business applications or infrastructureto associates or third parties in order to maintain their productivitylevelAbility to maintain a big picture view of the project vision and goalswhile performing detail analysis and configuration tasks.Ability to deliver SAPtraining to client stakeholders.Strong oral, written and interpersonalskills.Team player with the ability to multi-task and strong time managementskills.Proficient using PC, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint,Project), and common SAP project delivery tools.Project experience with usingSAP Solution Manager.Understanding and experience in ASAP methodology and BestBusiness Practices.Data Migration experience including hands-on use of LSMWand/or Winshuttle.An advanced degree or MBA is preferred. University degreerequired or equivalent.
