Role:Product Designer

Location:San Francisco, CA


  • We are doubling our design team from 2 to 4 designers and are looking for a mid level product designer to join us.
  • In this role, you will assist our future user researcher in conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys. You'll translate the finding into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, mock ups, prototypes and wire frames.
  • Finally, you'll use our new design system to easily create pixel perfect assets, ready for development.
  • You'll combine your outstanding interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to design impact full features and products that will enlighten users and improve the company usability and experience.

  • You have a background in research, UI, UX, visual design or similar.You have interest in, or experience with, multiple product design verticals including research, UX, UI, prototyping etc.
  • We are open to both T-shaped, N-shaped and M-shaped profiles.


Qualifications :

  • Excited and comfortable about the ambiguous nature of designing complex products in a fast moving startup environment.
  • Three or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions in an agile startup environment.
  • Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq.
  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.Thrive on feedback and constructive criticism.


Responsibilities :

  • Design and deliver mock ups, wire frames, user stories, user journeys and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices, interfaces and contexts.Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
  • Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  • Collaborate effectively with researchers, product management, development, marketing, and other team members.
  • Turn visions into concepts, concepts into wire frames and wire frames into pixel perfect assets that lead to intuitive user experiences.Apply both strategic and practical design thinking to deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that solves user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile
