PURPOSE:
The Director of Implementations is responsible for leading company Professional Services Implementation team focused on rolling out company Absence Management Solutions. The role will be responsible for ensuring all client projects are executed on time and with the highest client satisfaction.
The individual will manage multiple client implementation teams. This key role will build, manage and deliver high value offerings to new engagements and continued expansion of our current customers. The position requires an individual who models the behaviors that result in quality outcomes for clients and works to develop the skills and confidence of the Professional Services team members.
This position will work collaboratively with the VP, Professional Services and company leadership to achieve company success. The role is client facing and will require experience in establishing and managing client relationships. The role will perform in both a people management capacity and a technical leadership capacity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Planning scalable implementations for all opportunities, regardless of type or size
- Management of the overall schedule for all company projects
- Managing and recruiting of the Professional Services Implementation team
- Coach and develop Professional Services Implementation team
- Demonstrate thought leadership in Professional Services best practices
- Development of implementation methodology with focus on reducing/condensing the implementation time and resources required to deliver
