Job description :

• We are looking for a mid-level QA Engineer to join our CRM team.
• You'll test a wide range of platforms (email, desktop, mobile web, mobile apps, APIs) in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
• What's my day-to-day?Ensure high quality and timely release of features/products by working collaboratively with Development and Product Managers.
• Back end database testing in Microsoft SQL environment including validating stored procedures, functions and SQL jobs.
• Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverable.
• Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.
• Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and all other test assets such as test data, data validation scripts.
• Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.
• Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.Ensure that validated deliverable meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
• Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.Liaison with development, product management, and customer support for test and QA related functions.
• What skills is COMPANY looking for? Experience with troubleshooting techniques on mobile apps, websites, and emails.Knowledge of SQL Server environments; ability to query and manipulate data (Experience writing SQL queries for data validation, manipulation and verification is required).
• 3+ years of relevant QA experience.2+ years large enterprise or e-business systems experience.
• Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications.Experience testing web applications using manual and automated test methodologies.
• Experience with QA tools including bug/defect tracking systems; test management software such as Microsoft Test Manager, JIRA, TFS, Git, etc.Experience with automated test tools (Selenium) is a plus.
