Location:Atlanta, GA

• This position will be an integral finance partner in supporting the Technology leadership team.
• Will provide budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and ad-hoc analytical support for Technology teams.
• This individual will take a leadership role through a strong partnership with the VP, Directors and Managers within their share of the Technology organization.
• A thought leaders that partners with the organization in managing their business.

Main Accountabilities:

• Provide analysis on variance to budget, identify major focus areas, and develop action plans where applicable with group leadership teamOrganization lead for forecasting P&L outlook, as well as other Financial Statement components (such as for Capex), and contribute to forecasts for related Technology Project Investments .
• Drive annual budget process for their organization, including reporting and presentation of final budgetsPartner with VPs and Directors to prioritize, manage, and track Capex .
• Project spendingMaintain current view of monthly financial performance for their team, and serve as thought partner in managing the business .
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and recommendations to leadership team in example areas such as Capex trends, supplier spend, Cloud investments, and other analytics at the request of the CIO .
• Contribute to analytics around Technology labor spend and related time trackingProvide financial analysis and data on the health of Project investments within their Organization .
• May assist in creation and review of Project Investment decisions .
• May contribute to Business Process reviews for the Technology Finance function to identify improvement opportunities, and partner with supporting teams in Corporate Finance and Accounting .

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Finance or related degree concentration.5+ years of Financial Planning, Reporting, and or Controller ship experience .
• 3+ years experience supporting internal Technology organizationsExperience working with Senior Leadership of all levels management through C Suite.
• Possess excellent analytical skills and can clearly articulate results and outcomes of analysisDetail oriented with strong time management and interpersonal skills .
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsMust be self-motivated and possess strong initiative .
• Extensive computer knowledge including Microsoft Excel, BI Reporting, Oracle / SAP systems .
