Position Requirements

·     8 years of experience in thesoftware industry.

·     Bachelor's degree incomputer science, information technology, engineering or related field (willingto accept foreign education equivalent)

·     Java / J2EE design anddevelopment experience using Spring, JMS, JNDI, XMLXSLT, RMI,JSP, JDBC, JUnit, AJAX. Architectural experience – UML and OO design.Database - SQL tuning experience.

·     Hands on knowledge of anyone of the following appservers (Websphere/Sun/Weblogic/JBoss) is required

Position Responsibilities

·     Lead a team of senior/juniordevelopers at offshore.

·     Design, implement and testsoftware applications using a variety of technologies, including, but notlimited to: Web Services, OOD and design patterns; develop web applicationusing Java frameworks (Spring,Hibernate);  and good to know AWS.

·     Use analytic skills tointerpret complex information and adapt; participate with the EnterpriseArchitecture team to evaluate solution design and also collaborate and providefeedback to the product development team; participate in projects with other ITprofessionals, deliver quality applications and components within scope, ontime, and within budget;

·     Provide guidance anddirection to offshore resources

·     Provide technical guidanceto offshore development teams.
