Experience& Skills:
- Minimum 5-7 years cat modeling experience with major catastrophe models, including RMS and AIR.
- Ability to understand catastrophe model inputs and how they are related to modeling outputs
- Degree in math, actuarial science, economics, or other quantitative analytic field. Prior property pricing/ratemaking experience a plus.
- Programming skills in Excel, SQL and SAS.
- VBA and advanced programming skills will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of both insurance and reinsurance is a must
- Seasonal overtime is required
- Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills
