Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and stakeholder interviews.

Translate concepts and requirements into UX artefacts such as site maps, user journey maps/process flows, sketches, scenarios, personas, wireframes, navigation models, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences for the loyalty management admin web application.

Collaborate with business/software analysts, development team, senior stakeholders, and end-users to determine user interface needs.

Lead project from a UX perspective by taking a user-centered design approach and rapidly testing and iterating your designs.

Conduct concept and usability testing.

Collaborate with Creative team on developing prototypes and mock-ups for client presentations.

Work closely with the business/software analyst to translate business requirements into meaningful interactive experiences.

Present to internal team, stakeholders, and end-users.

Educate team about industry’s latest trends and technologies.

 

 REQUIREMENTS:

 Proven experience leading user research and usability testing activities.

Experience producing detailed wireframes, site maps, user journey maps/process flows, navigation models, and prototypes in a thorough, clean, and concise way using industry standard tools.

Ability to lead UX activities within both agile and waterfall environments.

Strong analytical skills necessary to understand detailed requirements and grasp complex user goals in order to design user experiences that meet needs and vision.

Experience with complex, enterprise-grade web applications.
