Skills:
10+ years of work experience in software design anddevelopment, with 5+ years in mobile application development
Strong Android programming skills, iOS a bonus
Deep understanding of the Android SDK
Experience andin build products with full stack technologies, with excellent understanding ofcomputer science fundamentals, data structures and algorithms
Experiencewith agile development methodologies with Test Driven Development (TDD) and CD(Continuous delivery)
Stronganalytical, verbal and written communication skills
Strong peoplemanagement skills, which includes the ability to coach and mentor engineers ofall skill levels

Work with keypartners in the PM, Design and Engineering Managers to architect simple,reliable and elegant Android applications·
Providetechnical guidance, mentorship, and assistance to the team, to build multi-tierscalable, performant and reliable applications that operate 24x7· Makeappropriate product and business trade-offs and give technology direction thatleads to measurable product and business outcomes· Execute tosuccess through diligent planning, attention to detail, effective delegationand efficient decision-making.· Mentorexceptional talent at IC level· Be a culturechampion on the team and across the company
