Role: User Experience (UX) Designer

Duration : 6 Months

Requirements

• Lead strategic design and implementation of user-centered research and usability studies that provide actionable insights that influence design and development of SSM Health\'s overall digital presence.
  
• Be an advocate for the user while balancing business and branding goals.
  
• Produce, present and iterate design visualizations to deliver the best experience and improve engagement opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with back-end developers, SEO experts, IT and Digital team to ensure scoping requirements, quality control, security standards and on-time completion.
  
• Work closely with other Digital Team members and Marketing and Communications leads to accomplish tasks on a project basis and meet department goals.
  
• Work on front-end development applications that require JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap4, HTML5, CSS4 and JSON.
  
• Work as a partner with internal IT teams to help incorporate best-practice accessibility, user experience research and user design into projects
  
• Directly interact with stakeholders in order to clarify and develop wireframes, website designs, CRM integrations and API/data integrations.
  
• Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency by demonstrating an understanding of layout aesthetics demonstrated by a digital portfolio of work
  
• Create and implement front-end development and user-centered design solutions, including development and support for new and existing modules such as event search, locations search, ecommerce tools and provider search.
  
• Support the patient experience through the implementation of fluid design and customer-focused online tools that meet ADA/WCAG web accessibility standards and show marked improvement in customer engagement and conversions.
