Client needs VERY STRONG Project Mgt. acumen.
Ideally PMP certified, or better yet, equivalent work experience serving as the LEAD PM on large scale Mfg. oriented projects
Client environment revolves around a highly customized PowerBuilder application, which is why they need someone with strong PM and Mfg. depth, rather than a platform specific technologist
Candidate needs to project manage the Application Delivery supporting the Manufacturing process
