ECM analyst

Job Description:
As an IT Analyst you willbe responsible for prioritizing user requirements, setting up interviews tocollect user requirements, overseeing project milestones, and assisting to meetproject deadlines.
Understanding business and technology needs
Designing, analyzing, and implementing efficient IT systems
Gathering feedback from end users to continue improvingsystems
Communicate with stakeholders to understand requirements
Develop and analyze functional specifications
Coordinate, plan, and track project activities
Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of differentteams
Provide advice and technical training
Keep abreast of technology trends and developments
Experience
Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant or similarrole
Experience in project management
Knowledge of databases, system security, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of and experience developing and implementingrecords management policy and program framework
Familiarity and experience with leading ECM, emailmanagement and eDiscovery tools (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum, FileNet,OnePlaceMail, Colligo)
Familiarity with leading contract management solutions(e.g., Apptus, Intellex)
Understanding of business practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset
Problem-solving aptitude
BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years’ professional work experience
