What You\'ll Do
Responsible for transactional procurement activities for outsides services, software, CAPEX
Assist with the management of the CPSG budget on a day-to-day basis, including tracking large budget expenses, purchase order management, validating cross-charges, and working with Finance on financial reporting
Assist with the management of the CPSG P&L and investment portfolio
Coordinate hiring activities from requisition request to full approval
Help to manage CPSG communications & WPR activities
Help to manage ongoing cadences and processes for the business operational management of CPSG

the Cloud Platform & Solutions Group (CPSG), the CPSG Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for aspects of the Cisco internal
facing operations of the team. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical person with a âget it doneâ work style.

Strong budget management skills
Superb follow-up discipline to ensure activities are completed
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams in a fast-moving and dynamic business environment
Ability to bring situations and projects to closure quickly
Requirements
Project management and organizational skills required
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Must be comfortable with working cross-functionally
