Thisposition will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Identity Managementand Employee Onboarding systems. The role will consist of architecting,implementing, and supporting solutions related to these key areas. The idealcandidate is a seasoned software developer with significant experience inForefront Identity Manager (FIM)/Microsoft Identity Manager, webapplications, and scripting/automation technologies. The candidate should be anexcellent communicator with the ability to lead a discussion and influence bothtechnical and business staff toward the right decisions.

Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop identity management and employee onboarding solutions. This includes workflows for service desk ticket generation and integrations to provisioning/de-provisioning in downstream applications
• Act as SME during acquisitions and projects where Identity Management or Onboarding expertise is required
• Work with key stakeholders (HR, IT, Sox, etc.) to lead planning and execution of Identity Management/Employee Onboarding road maps
• Mentor offshore teams to enable them to provide effective support for a global organization

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and minimum of 5 years of software development/Identity Management experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Forefront Identity Manager/Microsoft Identity Manager
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with C# and .NET
• Expert knowledge of Active Directory
• Working knowledge of infrastructure components: MS SQL Server, IIS, Oracle
