Senior Business Analyst Desired skills &Experience: • Interacts with clients to determine solution specifications. •Experience in leading discovery sessions, documents and manages scope, writesrequirements and/or user stories, performs quality assurance, configurationassistance, application training, problem resolution and third level support tonew and existing clients. • Develops business rules as well as supportingprocess flows. • Provides two way communications between the customer and theextended project team. • Consults with customers on functional related aspectsof design, project delivery and support. • Plans, schedules, and coordinatesactivities related to system development projects. • Responsible for on timedelivery of medium to large projects. • Key activities include planning,estimating, determining functional architecture, writing functional designspecifications, managing customer account relationships and providing support.• Works with customers on functional and technical aspects of project deliveryand support. • Participate in and contribute to Agile ceremonies MinimumQualifications: • 5+ years business analysis experience • Bachelor¹s degree(Engineering or MIS/Computer Science preferred) • Strong problem solving andanalytical skills • Experience with business analysis • Understanding ofsoftware development lifecycle (SDLC) • Understanding and experience in AgileMethodology • SQL knowledge
