The Bell Business Markets (BBM) Solution Delivery team is the consulting and professional services organization for Bell Canada Enterprise responsible for the design, execution, and implementation of solutions for the Enterprise customer market. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams to deliver Security solutions for both Large and Medium Enterprise customers within the Montreal region and increase the groupâ??s footprint. At the core of the role is to help lead, manage and elevate the Security Services consulting practice by working with Customers on their Security strategy and enablement needs. The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills, consultative presence, team management, and leadership expertise. In addition, the candidate should possess domain knowledge in supported Security disciplines such as Network Protection, Risk Management, End Point Security, Identity and Access Management and Advanced Threat Protection Services. This individual will lead a team of Security Consultants to deliver complex Security engagements in order to achieve client Security and Risk Management objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for working independently within their given region while aligning to a National Security Mandate. The resource will interface with the Security sales team to complete account planning, prepare RFP/RFI responses, develop proposals, create client presentations, and support product team pursuits by leading discussions related to Security services and solutions currently available. Job Duties/ Accountabilities Practice/People Development Act as a partner to Bellâ??s Security practiceâ??s customers Drive discussions with customers to help them with their needs Identify and help the customer action their security needs Help sales develop business opportunities Provide practice leadership by facilitating a community of like-minded practitioners to share and exchange ideas for practice growth and improvement Manage the team deployment and overall practice deployment to utilization targets Help identify and drive practice improvements in terms of offerings, sales, solution design or delivery processes Help manage consultants\' career development and professional growth Help establish capability and skills models for each of the core domains (Risk & Compliance Management, Network Protection, End Point Security, Identity and Access Management and Advanced Threat Protection) Become a role model for consultants on the team Managing and mentoring on consulting engagement pursuits, driving towards signings and revenue targets with additional metrics for quality of delivery and customer satisfaction Meet and build relationships with senior executives (CEO, CFO, CIO, etc.) by presenting and discussing industry trends, best in class strategies, and gaining buy-in for consulting services Identify internal operational improvement opportunities Interface with product teams to develop and maintain take-to-market collateral related to services Provide market intelligence and industry thought leadership Contribute content and advice to the offering development process Project Delivery Oversight of consulting engagement delivery Manage teams of security consultants Work with Project Management Office to assemble consulting project teams; assist project leadership (i.e., project manager or engagement leader) in defining or modifying the project approach, and structure as necessary Review delivery output and participate in key project events as appropriate to help ensure Delivery Excellence Monitoring financial and project health and developing remediation approaches as needed Sales & Finance Support Sales & Finance Support: Account Planning/Targeting Identify and qualify opportunities and track progress Generate proposals Close business Communicate with Security Sales Specialists and Account Executives regularly to monitor opportunities, complete account planning, qualify leads, provide presentation materials, provide awareness and education relative to services capabilities and value creation Provide regular status/forecasts Meet financial objectives Support business growth plans Year Over Year Preferred Qualifications/Competencies Bachelor\'s degree in business or a related discipline; Master\'s degree preferred 12+ years of IT-related experience At least 5 years experience in management consulting and systems integration At least 7 years experience working on projects related to one of the Security core domains At least 3 years experience in working with security consulting teams Ability to interface with Executive team, Security Sales Specialists, Product managers, and other Consulting Practice areas Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability Demonstrated sales pursuit management and deliverable creation Proven track record of success in managing technical and analytical teams in a professional services environment. Has successfully worked with C-Level executives, chief compliance, risk, and privacy officers; proven abilities to maintain relationships with key executives, companies, and a network of professional organizations or affiliations within the Security industry Canadian Government Secret Cleared is an asset Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
