Job Description:
- Would be more JSP, Angular would be a plus, but not a must have
- Project - PTC Onboard systems These are systems which reside on or support those systems that reside on the Locomotives for Positive Train Control
Soft Skills:
- Very much prefer someone with PTC knowledge and / or prior tools / environment knowledge
- Prior railroad knowledge is a big plus
- Agile experience. Listed as Java, but would be stronger still if they have Java & Python skills.
- Responsible for analysis, design, coding and testing of new applications or enhancements to existing applications using Java-based technologies, including Java, J2EE, JSP, XML, JDBC, and Servlets.
Required Skills:
- Must be able to apply SDLC concept and have a proven track record of delivering solid, robust applications.
- Must have a solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming.
- Strong communication skills are required as position will interact with business owners.6+ years of prior Java development experience required.
