Skillsand Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in the Industry
• 7+ years of experience in Info Lease operations and administration knowledge
• Understanding of Server back up and Disaster recovery process
• Unix/Linux Administration Experience
• Shell Scripting – Bash, Korn, Perl
• Understanding and exposure to Microsoft SQL, Oracle or Sybase DB
• Programing background a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple task assignments
• Capable to install, configure and understand software installation in Linux/Unix OS
• Understanding of FTP/SFTP and other commonly used network protocols

Roles& Responsibilities

• Perform System Recovery and Backup
• Grant Access to users.  Edit user Access
• Perform Elevations to different environments (SIT/UAT).
• Testing of upgrades and modules
• Document key processes
• Performance monitoring and tuning
• provide technical support within SLA and capability to follow through and technical issues to resolution
• Execute disaster recovery procedures and provide support during DR scenarios
