Job Description:
Setting: Urgent Care
Hours/Days/Call Schedule:
Week 1: 3 x 12 hour days
Week 2: 2x12 hour days and 2 x 8 hour days
Must be flexible on days and will work 2 weekends a month mandatory
How many patients per day? - This varies but they are not overloaded they must be comfortable in single coverage. If in a a super busy clinic they will have double coverage
Age Range seen: Infant to geriatric
Working alone but with access via phone to great lead physicians and medical directors
Compensation:
- Salary range: $52/hour to $60/hour depending on experience. 1/5x overtime paid for any hours over 40 per week.
- Also eligible for quality bonus of $8K per year paid quarterly for hitting quality metrics - a very attainable
- $3500 in CME plus 4- hours of paid time for CME
Minimum 1 year of experience in urgent care or ED
