Meritus location 

Meritus has varied shifts, 8-10 & 12 hour, days.  Shifts can vary.   Occasional Sat shifts. 

 Sites work under a Team Model

 Call required - 7p-7a Beeper call M-F.  The site has 1 CRNA/day on beeper call, they would not be on call every 

 Timeframe, asap post credentialing, seeking March or sooner start date, credentialing takes 60-120 days with a target of 90 as average

Credentialing at multiple sites 

Common Cases: OB, Trauma, Cholecystectomy, Appendectomies, Hernia Repair, Thoracic, Total Joint Replacements, Hysterectomies, Laparoscopic Shoulder, Breast, Eye

2 CRNA Garden City, Kansas

Location:  St. Catherine Hospital, Garden City, KS 67846

 varies from 8, 10 & 12 hour shifts to equal 40 hours a week.

Call weekends with 1 - 2 days 1st and 2nd shift. 

60-90 day credentialing

This site is a CRNA only site, candidates must be able to work independently

·       IMMEDIATE Need is for a full time CRNA

·       Minimum availability is 2 weeks per month preferrably consecutive

·       3-4 months of coverage needed ASAP with option to extend

·       Call Coverage (rotation to be decided pending facility worksite scheduled)

·       ·        CRNA's doing general, B&B, Ortho, (add, GYN, URO) ENT ( no ent) pediatrics, scopes, plastics, spinals and epidurals. OB (required)& Regional Blocks are (preferred).

 MRI and CT sedation, PICC line ( we don’t do PICC lines anymore) and Central line placements experience is a plus.

 1 CRNA BSW and UT, Tyler, Texas

This location is for BSW Texas Spine and Joint Hospital as well as UT, Tyler

BSW is an ambulatory surgery center - Mon - Friday 5 x 8s, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, no weekends or holidays

 No call, no weekends, no holidays Types: primarily orthopedic, occasional ENT, plastics, podiatry,  no blocks MD supervised Higher acuity patients go to the hospital - so no high acuity patients 

 Credentialing will include UT Tyler - temp privileges for BSW Texas Spine - so quick credentialing timeframe
