Qualifications â?¢ Bachelors Degree required â?¢ 10+ years directly related experience designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SD Configuration and Related Processes with a focus on Pricing â?¢ Minimum of 5 years Vistex experience â?¢ Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship â?¢ Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0, Business Intelligence, BOBJ data warehousing, SOA, Microsoft.Net, ABAP, Idocs, batch scheduling, web services and workflow/process automation â?¢ Strong Problem assessment/analytical skills â?¢ Capable of thinking of the big picture and sorting through an ambiguous environment â?¢ Ability to work within resource and time constraints â?¢ Ability to manage 200+ emails per day â?¢ Ability to manage numerous competing demands in an extremely high stress environment â?¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills â?¢ Knowledge of Microsoft Office â?¢ Knowledge of Winshuttle or LSMW â?¢ Travel up to 25% â?¢ Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator â?¢ Requires normal range of hearing and vision | Responsibilities â?¢ BASIC PURPOSE: Responsibility for the optimization of systems and processes throughout their lifecycles from Analysis thru Design, Implementation, Execution and Innovation â?¢ Drive implementation and improvement projects including a full-cycle implementation SD Order to Cash, Pricing, Billing with primary focus on Pricing â?¢ Understand integration points between SD, MM, FICO, and other SAP modules and partner solutions â?¢ Knowledge and understanding of SD Billing including Tax elements â?¢ Quickly understand business needs and translate that understanding into a form that leads to the creation and/or composition of better solutions â?¢ Responsibility for the configuration and ownership of the Loves implementation for their functional area SD and working knowledge of cross modules that integrate with SD â?¢ Elicit, communicate and manage internal and external customer requirements â?¢ Analyze and document as-is process and system interfaces â?¢ Discover process gaps â?¢ Derive improvement potentials â?¢ Provide input to establishing process performance measurement system to be able to constantly control and report end-to-end process performance â?¢ Contribute to and maintain best practice process management approach for Business and IT Center of Excellence (COE) â?¢ Provide expertise in change management, process management and project management â?¢ Contribute to the development of process standards and evaluation of tools as needed â?¢ Perform feasibility studies/solution reviews â?¢ Understand and ensure that quality standards are met â?¢ Oversee development and maintenance of documentation (test scripts, specs, etc.) in Solution Manager or other similar platforms â?¢ Understand the supported line of business from end-to-end and its impact on other business areas â?¢ Understand and follow project life cycle and solution development life cycle methodology â?¢ Knows help desk procedures â?¢ Understands business/IT Integration principles â?¢ Creates functional specifications and delivers them to developers/engineers when unable to handle changes with configuration â?¢ Performs unit testing and integration testing of software changes â?¢ Communicates process and system changes to continuous education team â?¢ Assists with UAT â?¢ Coordinates new SAP releases with business process owners, super users, and basis team â?¢ Troubleshoot configuration problems, research OSS notes, creates OSS notes, works resolutions and corrections through implementation â?¢ Perform updates to training tools and knowledge warehouse as needed â?¢ Assists in development â?¢ Monitors metrics around SAP Tier 1 support â?¢ Other duties assigned as needed Benefits â?¢ Excellent benefits â?¢ Advancement opportunities â?¢ Competitive salary |
