Responsibilities

Develop and modify advanced reports for internal human resources and managers using Access, Excel, and Workday Report Writer

Collaborate with Workday users to outline reporting requirements

â?¢

Identify and execute process improvement strategies for HR groups like Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Recruiting

â?¢

Train users on Workday reporting functions and available reports

â?¢

Partner with Workday Security team to maintain Uline\'s data and privacy standards
