Qualifications - Bachelors Degree required, preferably in a related discipline such as Information Systems, Engg, Computer Science
- Functional and Technical experience with large, Oracle EBS/ASCP implementations and support
- 10+ years of progressive IT Oracle Applications functional and technical expertise, with 70 to 80% functional knowledge and 20-30% technical knowledge
- Functional level expertise with ability to write SQL queries, table level experience is a must
- 7+ years of experience in Orale EBS configurations, setups, enhancements, interface and training skills
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Solid SDLC, good to have project lifecycle delivery skills
- Vendor management experience, skills and responsibility for success of multinational vendor teams
- Use of ITIL like processes for change, incident, demand and problem management
- Strong Oracle functional acumen: with deep level expertise with one or both of following tracks Procure To Pay, Plan To Manufacture including Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) and Oracle EBS R12
- Experience in managing offshore functional and development activities from design through user acceptance
- People management skills; fosters good relationships with team members
- Strong presentation skills; creates appropriate oral and written communications for a variety of audiences
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including ability to identify and resolve issues and challenges
- Strong personal computer skills required
| Responsibilities - The Oracle ERP COE Functional Leader manages and sustains the Global Oracle e-Business Site for Procure-to-Pay and Plan-to-Manufacture cycles
- This role will additionally have responsibility for managing a global team for customer support and incident troubleshooting
- Expertise in setting up Oracle EBS R12 modules for purchasing, inventory, and work in progress
- Provide support for Clients industry-standard processes for change and release management
- Lead the solution from ideation through development and deployment
- Lead implementations, enhancements, integration activities for PTP and PTM applications for EBS R12
- Delivery, support, security, management, cost, metrics for global Oracle ERP and ASCP Applications
- Ensure robust governance and management system of controls for Oracle
- Ensure implementation methodology is adhered to and provide quality assurance over deliverables
- Lead application support best practices, and coordinate with outsourced, global support team
- Provide support when needed on a 24x7x365 basis for our application environments
- Ability to work in a diverse environment, and when needed, to utilize conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends and late hours as needed to support and achieve key program milestones
- Advise and influence the business across various regions, IT leadership, peer service teams, and all other stakeholders on functional matters, and strategic direction related to the global Oracle ERP
- As new capabilities are implemented, help ensure effective change management through the organization and drive alignment and sponsorship with key Company stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional and technology teams including partnering with other departments and businesses
- Ability to perform data analysis to support resolution of production support issues
- Develop continual service improvement plans to ensure application services adequately support business needs
- Manage the processing, coordination, and timely response to service request tickets assigned to the application teams
- Performs all other duties as assigned
