Qualifications
The successful candidate should have advanced Microsoft Excel skills
A motivated individual with strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills is essential
This position is part of a job family with multiple grade levels
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required
Two (2) years of related experience
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend effective solutions
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills such as pivot tables and vlookups
Ability to work in a team setting
Strong oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
The Accountant/Advanced Accountant - SAP Accounting Systems Support is primarily responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the of Business Intelligence Reports
This can include performing data analysis and troubleshooting issues as well as handling questions from the Controllers organization and the operating groups that use the reports
Support reporting applications including Business Objects (Analysis for Excel and WebIntelligence) and Business Warehouse
Serve as a liaison between IT and business to create new solutions or modify existing reports to support business requirements and break/fix work
Analyze business requirements to determine appropriate solutions
Regression test system changes due to support packs and enhancements
Researches and troubleshoots issues across multiple sources using knowledge of data and system functionality
Identifies efficiencies and recommends ways to improve and automate processes and procedures
Complete other duties including special projects as required
