Qualifications

YOU DON'T NEED TO HAVE MEDICAL DEVICE SALES EXPERIENCE
PASSION, DRIVE FOR SUCESS, COUPLE OF YEARS IN SALES IN ANY INDUSTRY
2-4+ years outside / Field sales experience required
Ability to effectively present complex ideas and subjects, both in writing and verbally
Excellent computer skills
(Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point, CRM systems)

Prior experience travelling and working in a matrix reporting structure

Prior experience working collaboratively in a team selling environment structure

Responsibilities

Responsible for the achievement of Territory Sales Quota, manage and develop customer base, control expenses while contributing to our profitability
Cover assigned territory promoting products to pre-hospital (EMS), including fire departments, ambulance services, flight programs and military bases
Maintain short range and long-term plans for developing sales in the assigned territory
Uncover new business opportunities and develop and keep up to date an adequate pipeline of potential sales to meet territory sales expectations
Ensure the proper technical scope review has been conducted prior to sale
Maintain organized account records, including account profiles, in the company CRM, Salesforce.com
Maintain and track demo and evaluation inventory and document the use thereof in Salesforce.com
In addition, equipment must be maintained and presented in good working manner
Each Territory Manager is financially responsible for the equipment assigned to them
Spend a minimum of 3 days per week working in the field
