We’re looking for PowerApps Technical Lead.

Location – Houston, TX

We are currently seeking a highly skilled PowerApps Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a wealth of experience in developing Canvas and Model-drive custom PowerApps applications, as well as a strong background in leading technical projects and mentoring junior developers. The role involves working closely with end-users to define business requirements, overseeing project milestones, and ensuring the successful implementation of Power Platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead the development of Canvas and Mode-driven custom PowerApps applications based on specific business requirements, bringing at least 5+ years of experience in this domain
•    Collaborate closely with end-users to analyze, document and prioritize business requirements for application development and integration
•    Take charge of technical projects, align resources, define requirements, and establish milestones to ensure the successful completion of projects
•    Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, assisting them in tackling complex development challenges and effectively allocating tasks among the team
•    Conduct comprehensive testing and quality control reviews of team deliverables to maintain high-qualify standards
•    Utilize Power Platform components, including connectors, Gateways and Office 365 integrations and with a minimum of 3+ years of experience
•    Design and implement complex application data workflows and automated process using Microsoft Flow and Powe Automate
•    Effectively leverage Dataverse, including Common Data service and SharePoint lists to centrally store, share and manage data
Nice to Have:
•    Experience in integrating Power Platform components with Microsoft Azure
•    Proficient in supporting and administering a continuous pipeline of new systems while enhancing existing systems on a regular basis
•    A deep understanding of the full system lifecycle, from initial ideation and development to long-term usage and iterative enhancements
