Role: MS Dynamics Developer

Location: Remote

Exp level: 12+ years



Key Responsibilities:

Dynamics 365 Development:

Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within MS Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.

Configure Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Project Service Automation.

Develop and deploy plugins, custom workflows, and integrations to extend the capabilities of Dynamics 365.

Power Apps Development:

Design and develop custom applications and solutions using Power Apps to streamline business processes.

Leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools to create automated workflows and integrate with Dynamics 365.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and build intuitive user interfaces and experiences.

System Integration and Data Management:

Implement and manage integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and other enterprise systems.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across various platforms through data migration and integration solutions.

Customization and Configuration:

Customize Dynamics 365 forms, views, dashboards, and reports to align with organizational needs.

Configure security roles, business units, and access permissions to ensure appropriate data access and security.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 and Power Apps issues.

Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure the platform's stability and performance.

Documentation and Training:

Document technical specifications, user guides, and system configurations.

Provide training and support to end-users and assist with the adoption of new features and processes.



Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer) are highly desirable.

Experience: Minimum of [X] years of hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 and Power Apps development.



Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.

Extensive experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, and web services for plugin development and integrations.

Knowledge of SQL and data management principles.
