Working closely with our marketing and product teams, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our data strategy and elevating the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, web analytics, social media, and sales data) to uncover actionable insights.
• Predictive Modeling: Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior and marketing ROI, enabling the team to optimize targeting and budget allocation.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and implement A/B tests and other experimental frameworks to validate hypotheses and drive data-backed decision-making.
• Customer Segmentation: Develop advanced segmentation strategies to create tailored, personalized marketing campaigns.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance, including developing dashboards and metrics to measure marketing success.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align data insights with strategic goals and execute data-driven strategies.
