The Role: Senior Data Scientist - People Analytics

We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist who will spearhead the evolution of our People Analytics function. You will work at the intersection of data science, psychology, and organizational development to help us understand and improve the employee experience at scale. Your work will directly influence critical decisions, from talent acquisition to employee engagement strategies.

What You'll Do

Lead Analytics Projects:

Develop predictive and prescriptive models to forecast workforce trends, measure employee satisfaction, and optimize team performance.

Shape Data Strategy:

Partner with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to identify data opportunities, frame questions, and implement analytical solutions.

Build Scalable Systems:

Design and maintain robust systems for processing, cleaning, and analyzing diverse HR datasets, including survey responses, performance metrics, and employee engagement data.

Visualize Impact:

Create intuitive dashboards and reports that transform complex findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Drive Innovation:

Experiment with advanced AI/ML techniques to uncover novel insights about workforce behaviors, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
