Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for driving business growth? We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-energy sales team. As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a key role in our sales pipeline by generating qualified leads and initiating meaningful conversations.

In this role, you’ll research and identify prospects, reach out through calls, emails, and social media, and set up product demos or discovery meetings. You will work closely with Account Executives and other sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify high-potential prospects in targeted markets.
  • Engage with leads via outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify leads based on their needs and interest level.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

Key Skills:

  • Familiarity with IBM technology, Data Science, AI, and Open Source tools like Python Knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and/or Adapt
