Desired Skills and Experience Minimum education required: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Technology, Finance or related field. Minimum skills / experience required: 10+ year\'s experience in application design and development. Techno/Functional skills in 1 or more of the following modules (PeopleSoft Billing, Contracts, Project Costing) Development experience of 3-5 years in PeopleSoft technologies, like Application Packages, XML, EDI, Portal, Services and Service Operations is a plus Significant experience providing technical solutions to meet business requirements Experience with the full Order To Cash business cycle Experience with vendor management Possesses strong business acumen skills Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Able to successfully articulate detailed technical solutions to business stakeholders of varying levels Significant experice with SDLC Experience in an Agile development environment Proactive leader able to drive change independently Experience managing onshore and offshore developments teams Experience with production deployments (SOX / change management procedures) Experience working across teams in a large organization and with all levels Experience scoping out development estimates / timelines / plans MBA or equivalent masters degree a plus Big 5 consulting experience is a plus
