Job description Provide timely and quantitative analysis of business factors relative to global and regional performance, objectives and standards to attain the company\\\'s financial and strategic goals Analyze and benchmark operating and financial performance utilizing SAP and Action Oriented Planning (cost savings) software. Support the development and establishment of accounting, finance and controlling systems. Analysis, evaluation and implementation of controlling, steering and early warning systems focused on deviations from targets. Establish, manage and continually improve the centralized information processes for AOP, month-end, budget, forecasting, etc. Proactive process analysis and creation of improvement ideas, concepts and controlling tools Implementation of variance analysis tools for data pulled from SAP and Action Oriented Planning systems. Support the maintenance and development of SAP controlling module including legacy clean-up, Internal Order support and WBS Element support. Analyze individual plants cost center and profit center reporting within SAP system. Analyze and provide insight into overhead cost accounting (default of accounting assignments, target /actual variance analysis) Support controlling aspects of SAP reporting at plant level Support teams work to improve forecast accuracy, analyze cost reduction initiatives and improve controls at plant production level. Recommend opportunities that would improve the efficiencies of NAO Controlling/IT functions Work in tandem with Purchasing and Sales analysts to determine where data can be streamlined and data sharing/utilization can be enhanced YOUR PERSONALITY Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred. Three to four years experience Accounting Experience is a plus Willing to work flexible work schedule (some weekends may be involved) Capable of writing Macros within Excel Experience in manufacturing / controlling environment including experience with integrated business systems, with automotive experience preferred. SAP, Network systems, Extensive Microsoft Office Good communication skills Strong team leadership skills Good interpersonal understanding Proactive problem solver focused on solutionizing root causes Ability to maintain confidentiality in financial records as required.
