Netezza Expert Location: Branchville,NJ 6months JD: Overall 8+yrs of experience with 3+ yrs in Netezza database implementation with Informatica as ETL and Cognos as reporting Good understanding of Netezza architecture Good understanding of interaction of Netezza with Cognos. Minimum 2 -3 project implementation for Database Migration experience from SQL Server to Netezza. Should be able to coordinate resolution of issues with development teams and vendors Good in transferring knowledge to existing resources in DBA group and development teams. Strong in DW fundaments and Data Modelling concepts Should be able to communicate to business users and understand the requirements. Good in Performance Tuning related activities Good Analytical and trouble shooting skills Effective communication Skills oral and written.
