Job Location: Oakland, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Must have Skills:
Translates
business requirements into technical requirements used for driving
improvements, enhancements and/or creations of new applications
Identifies
and communicates requirements/scope issues and takes lead in driving
these to resolution for inclusion in specifications or user stories
Works with the case subject matter expert to develop, document and communicate business model requirements, processes and tools
Provides
leadership to cross functional teams and drives case management
requirements with business stakeholder and CSP delivery teams for
operational/execution of programs
Will be responsible for writing test scripts and executing them to meet business requirement
Job Requirements:
Must have 5+ years\' experience as business analyst with SFDC Service Cloud or Sales cloud
Strong aptitud e for learning new technologies and leveraging business analysis skills
Proven track record of gathering, writing and managing highly complex requirements for large application development projects
Ability
to work collaboratively, and act in a lead role as a subject matter
expert and works within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and
pre-defined measurement criteria
Ability to evaluate, defined and prioritize activities/projects of self and others
Ability to handle multiple, complex activities/projects concurrently
Experience being a Business Analyst for complex project(s)

Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task in a fast pace environment
