Qualifications: 1) Strong Technical Leadership Skills a. Front-end Skills i. HTML5, CSS, OO Javascript, Performance Management, Web Sockets b. Mobile Skills i. Mobile Performance Management, Responsive Design, knowledge of API design, development and usage in a mobile context. ii. Working knowledge of IOS and Android platforms desired. c. Full-stack skills i. Java/J2ee Experience d. Performance, release, testing, SDLC, requirements management e. Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and other software development methodologies. 2) Strong Management and interpersonal skills a. Has worked in a lead capacity and/or has managed other technical development resources. b. Ability to work with a variety of clients, stakeholders and colleagues; excellent oral and written communication skills; political acumen and a pleasant demeanor. c. Ability to partner with the Project Managers to manage resources, scope, budget and other technical project deliverables. d. Experience working with offshore and on-shore blended teams, as well as with a variety of third-party technical partners.
