Responsibilities Spend a majority of your time writing code Participate with Product and business analysts in designing and developing applications Play a vital role in writing the applications that drive retailers operations Spend some time communicating directly with customers But will also spend time doing technical design and technical documentation Write automation tests to contribute to our overall test framework Work as vital member of the scrum team, which consists of: product management, development, QA, and documentation Train and mentor others as the team grows in numbers and skills Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology (equivalent work experience will be considered) 7+ years experience in Java 3 years experience in Oracle Development including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms or similar tools Experience with JEE technologies including RESTful webservices, EJP, Hibernate, JBoss and Eclipse Experience in Agile methodologies and a startup mentality Ability to work well in a team, you are flexible and creative
