Track record of driving rapid growth in user engagement, repeat usage, and, user action. 5+ years of experience designing compelling user experiences for consumer or small business customers, ideally e-commerce. 3+ years of successful design experience on mobile devices and apps. Experience in user research and usability test BA degree in Art or Design from a leading institution preferred. Design agency experiences a plus! Background in User Centric interaction design is also a bonus point
