Job Description:

Minimum QualificationsBS/BA degree or equivalent experienceKnowledge of manufacturing processes5 - 7 years produce purchasing and inventory management experienceProficient computer software experience: Excel, Word, AccessDetail oriented, solid analytics and strong verbal & written communication skillsBi-lingual Spanish preferredDesired QualificationsCore Values - Respect, Results Orientation, Bias For Action, Learning, FunDirectly assist the Senior Procurement Leaders in the strategic planning of raw material.
Support Senior Procurement Leaders in produce contracts/agreements, market conditions impacting raw quality and communications to impacted facilities.
Administer raw purchases on a daily basis using approved suppliers and within compliance of established protocol, including coordination of inbound transportation.
Manage inventory levels through review of inventory reports, facility demand, and sales forecasts.Maintain a continuous supply of raw material to support quality and freshness.
Work with cross functional teams to support new item launches and discontinuation of EOPC items.Address invoice and product receipt variances with Accounts Payable and suppliers.
Resolve raw rejections with operational teams, suppliers and systematically.
Drive pro-active working relationships with all internal & external customers.
Responsible for providing daily availability and updates of costs for assigned raw produce items.
Other related duties as assigned
