Oracle EBS Business Analyst Location:

• Belle Plaine,MN**Responsibilities: Work with business users to analyze workflows, business processes and applications to enhance, automate and expedite process improvements
• Configure, test, deploy, and support applications and application interfaces. Assist with developing training documentation for users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, partnering with cross-functional teams
• Perform requirements analysis, and prepare functional and technical specifications based on business requests, adhering to best practices and standards
• Analyze data reporting requirements within a business process and facilitate report development and validation
• Ensures data elements and values are managed
• Document application system configurations and procedures and create other necessary documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
• Desired Skills & Experience:*Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent
• 3-5 years of work experience with Oracle ERP environments including knowledge and experience with one or more of the following: Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), Purchasing (PO, iProcurement), Order Management and CPQ, Manufacturing Discrete and Process, or Inventory Management
• Understanding of the functionality, relationships and interdependencies between Oracle ERP modules Understanding of databases and experience working with database reporting systems or query tools
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
• Understanding of requirements gathering and the ability to quickly translate business ideas into functional and technical requirements
• Experience with supporting interfaces to/from Oracle EBS
• Able to communicate with IT and business individuals and teams at all levels
• Able to manage multiple priorities; self-directed and customer service focused
