Desired Skills and Experience â?¢5+ years of experience in a startup, corporate or agency environment with hands-on web, mobile app or application design â?¢5+ years of experience as a UX designer, information architect, or in â?¢A diverse and comprehensive range of expertise in current technologies and design practices â?¢A professional portfolio of work showing experience creating user-centered designs â?¢Demonstrated experience in hand coding HTML 5 and CSS3 and other modern technologies â?¢Ability to create interactive prototypes with tools like Axure, UXPin or by hand â?¢Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers and/or 3rd parties for implementation of designs â?¢Ability to present a strong, existing portfolio website and experience working in a user centered design environment â?¢Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills required â?¢Startup and/or product experience preferred
