Desired Skills and Experience 2-4 years hands on experience with proven Paid and Search Marketing results on top search engines. Third tiered engine experience a plus. Experience utilizing online direct response best-practices to drive profitability. Solid technological skills including excel, and comfortable with new emerging technologies. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills essential. Comfortable working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial team environment. Experience analyzing/optimizing campaigns ensuring optimal ROI, including daily web analytics and conversion optimization Using best practices to conduct extensive keyword research for growth and profitability Landing page and ad copy testing, split testing, and optimization to deliver best possible click through rates and conversion rates Ability to work autonomously with little supervision Must be able to manage working on multiple projects, tasks and changing priorities in a fast paced environment Familiar with Google Adwords and Bing Editor Google AdWords Certification is a plus Knowledge and experience with other online marketing initiatives is a plus (Affiliate Marketing, Market Places, Shopping/PLA, SEO, Facebook and Display Advertising, etc. )
