Job Requirements 1. Bachelorâ??s degree; 10+ years marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 2. Experience with management of staff, as well as vendors 3. Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives 4. Proven leadership of large eCommerce projects 5. Experience with B2C and B2B eCommerce 6. In-depth understanding of Agile project methodology 7. Extensive knowledge of eCommerce technology and web analytics 8. Strong verbal and written communication skills
