Job Description:
Manage and maintain system and user security.
â?¢ Responsible for system documentation and change management
â?¢ Handle incidents and determine system and application failures
â?¢ Manage and ensure the effective operation of all interfaces between JDE and 3rd party application environments
â?¢ Proactively check the servers for system performance and issues that arise
â?¢ Support and fine tune object management workbench (OMW) for project promotion, package builds & deployment
â?¢ Installs and manages E1 Service Packs, Tools Releases, ESUs, ASUs and other fixes as appropriate.
â?¢ Carry out job duties while maintaining Lane values.
â?¢ Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
â?¢ Experience in all aspects of JDE Enterprise One CNC administration.
â?¢ Minimum of 3 year experience in all aspects of JDE Enterprise One CNC administration
â?¢ Assist in troubleshooting with the application development team as needed.
â?¢ Strong working knowledge with security workbench.
â?¢ Experience with developing a disaster recovery plan for JDE is a plus.
â?¢ Candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills
â?¢ Willingness to work occasionally outside the normal business hours.
â?¢ Effectively communicate both written and verbal with the team and management
