Job Description:

Role:HRIS Manager

Location:Exton, PA

Ensures HR technology is aligned with HR strategic goals and initiatives

  • Leads HR technology related projects and serves as both a functional and technical expert
  • Maintains the various HR applications and acts as a liaison between HR, Payroll, IT and outside vendors providing communication and coordination between all involved areas to ensure effective change management
  • Leads process reviews and analysis of existing HR technology and processes to determine, recommend and implement applicable enhancements through us of best practices in order to gain efficiencies and improve data integrity
  • Performs routine and ad-hoc data report requests and provides analysis of said data to provide insight and trends
  • Maintains a working knowledge of all HR technology and processes; creates and maintains documentation for said processes and is responsible for educating and training peers on best use of current technology and related processes
  • Serves as a knowledge expert on HR, Payroll and IT processes as they related to the interfacing of HR data and helps troubleshoot issues
  • Advises on potential risks and issues as they related to HR technology and related processes and provides proactive solutions for negating said risks
  • Provides all levels of strategic and tactical support to the HR area as it relates to technology
  • Performs other duties as assigned EDUCATION PREPARATION:Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE:

    • Position requires five (5) years of HRIS related experience, Lawson and/or ADP Vantage experience preferred, proficiency with Excel required
    • Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously through excellent organizational and time management skills and through ability to work as part of a team
    • Ability to provide effective, accurate, concise and organized verbal and written communications
    • Excellent problem solving skills
    SPECIAL CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

    • PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
