Responsibilities

Provides specialize application support to users and customers by analyzing, developing, troubleshooting, documenting and training for all assigned tasks relating to SCLS warehouse management system Softeon and customer requirements Develops targeted SQL-based solutions based on specific customer requirements using SCLS reporting and business intelligence application and SQL Server Management Studio Manages operation software improvements including specification development, auxiliary application development, testing, and implementation of in-house and vendor upgrades and software releases Interacts with internal users to provide daily support of operations with WMS, Time & Attendance, Label, Reporting, and in-house ancillary applications Lead, Manage, and Direct teams with on boarding and implementation of new WMS (Softeon) systems at new and existing warehouse locations

Qualifications
Education/Experience

Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or related technology degree strongly preferred Must have at least two (2) years of related experience and/or training supporting the Softeon WMS including prior experience with implementation Must have at least two (2) years of related experience with SQL scripting Experience in training other associates/employees on Softeon strongly preferred Experience with systems for multi-site warehousing/distribution/fulfillment operations including WMS, RF, and labeling are preferred Experience with business intelligence software and time & attendance systems are preferred Experience in logistics including warehousing, packaging and fulfillment are preferred
