DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
Improves systems by studying current practices; designingmodifications.
â?¢Recommends controls by identifying problems; writingimproved procedures.
â?¢Defines project requirements by identifying projectmilestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing projectbudget.
â?¢Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolvingproblems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
â?¢Maintains system protocols by writing and updatingprocedures.
â?¢Provides references for users by writing and maintaininguser documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
â?¢ Demonstrated strong issue-resolution and problem-solvingskills.
â?¢ Should be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, prioritizeworkload, work with frequent interruptions, and cope with sudden high-stresssituations.
â?¢ Ability to effectively present information to topmanagement.

â?¢ Establishment of timelines, tasks, responsibilities, anddependencies for delivering solutions to the Business (including the efforts ofboth IT and Business personnel) and advise management about any perceivedroadblocks, risk factors, and issues in regard to scheduling and/or costs.
â?¢ Report out on, and document, special program status andprogress.
â?¢ Internal and external project resource planning andsourcing.
â?¢ Definition of project success criteria and disseminationof information to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
â?¢ Work with other IT staff to ensure proper delivery ofsolutions and be able to communicate in a timely manner.
â?¢  At least three yearsâ?? experience with Supply Chainand ERP systems with in-depth understanding of the distribution/supply chainindustry, its practices, and operations.
â?¢ Able to align development projects to meet Businessscalability and objectives.
â?¢Strong customer-service orientation with ability tofacilitate the sharing of knowledge throughout the Business.
â?¢ Gains understanding of customerâ??s needs and collaborateswith other consultants and support teams to complete design and testingdocumentation. Provides technical input in creating functional specificationswhen customizations or extensions to Microsoft Dynamics AX are needed.
â?¢ Implements reports per requirements documents andstandards.
â?¢ Test modifications for validity of results, accuracy,reliability, and conformance to established standards.
â?¢ Participates in system and acceptance testing.
â?¢ Provides work estimates that permit prioritization andassignments to be made.
â?¢Provide pre go live and post go live end user support.Ensure project documents are complete and project is delivered successfully asper the plan.

Required Skills:
Â
â?¢Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, ComputerApplications, or a closely related field, or the equivalent work experience.
â?¢5 years of progressively responsible experience developingin ERP Systems, System Administration, Microsoft SQL Server, Object-OrientedDesign (OOD), AX Testing, and X++ development.
â?¢At least  2 years of experience with AX 2012, AIF, AXBatch Processing, Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and above, and Team FoundationServer.
â?¢SQL Server 2008 and newer.
â?¢T-SQL development of complex procedures and functions.
â?¢Multi-tier Object Oriented Application Development using .Net Framework.
â?¢Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2010and/or newer.
â?¢Excellent communication skills â?? upwards, downwards, andoutside the company.
â?¢Ability to lead and communicate orally, in writtendocuments, and in formal presentations.

â?¢Specific significant experience with configuration andimplementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
