1. Lead upgrade and development activities related to all Kronos software
2. Provide support for Kronos Connect/Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) custom interfaces
3. Create and maintain custom reports using Microsoft Report Definition Language (RDL)
4. Configure/Maintain/Support for Kronos Mobile on Apple iPod devices
5. Support for Kronos TeleTime system (telephony based time reporting system)
6. Support for Kronos Timekeeper and Scheduling modules
7. Develop and deliver training materials related to products and services supported
8. Configure/Maintain/Support for Kronos 4500 series time clocks
9. Follow up/communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction of service
10. Utilize IS ticket management system to manage and document customer support interactions
11. Strong organizational multi-tasking and time management skills
12. Create user friendly documentation
13. Collaborate with IS management, system analysts and other team members
14. Provide timely status updates
15. Occasional off hours work requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
1. Bachelor of Science or higher in the computer science, information systems, or computer engineering and a minimum of five years of related work experience.
2. Working knowledge of Kronos 6.3 architecture
3. Software development experience with Connect/WIM, RDL, or similar technology
4. Experience with creating and managing application integrations and interfaces
5. Strong T-SQL & PL/SQL skills6. Understanding of database design principles
7. Background in enterprise support of apps on mobile devices (iPods, iPads, iPhones)
8. Experience in custom enterprise report creation
9. Familiarity with enterprise management of devices such as time clocks
10. Mastery of all Microsoft Office tools
11. User support experience
12. Flexibility to adapt and learn new technologies quickly
13. Strong Microsoft Windows (server and desktop) operating systems background
14. Can identify opportunities and credibly present ideas to management
15. Can take concepts and turn them into technical solutions that solve business problems
16. Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
17. Strong understanding of the organizationâ??s goals and objectives
18. Highly motivated self-starter interested in constant improvement
Preferred/Bonus Skills:
1. Java and ASP.NET script experience
2. PeopleSoft Human Capital Management experience or other top tier ERP solutions
3. Prior healthcare industry experience
