  • Demonstrates strong analytical skill.
  • Ability to work directly with business analysts to translate complex functional design into technical specifications.
  • Able to grasp requirements quickly and anticipate potential future requirements.
  • Advanced business process knowledge across many areas with ability to provide context to requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including ability to conduct formal and informal presentations and workshops with the ability to communicate across all functions and levels of the business.
  • In-depth knowledge of configuration, development, multi tiered architecture, cross functional integration
  • Working knowledge in configuration of APO-SNC and APO-SNP with a specific focus on the CTM solver (supply and demand matching).
  • Advanced skills in SAP R/3, SRM and APO process modeling and implementation and design.
  • Ability to recognize and minimize design dependencies between projects.
  • In-depth working knowledge and problem solving skills related to SAP ECC 6.0 as well as SCM 5.0 and above and all other related application tools.
  • Able to mentor junior analysts.
  • General working knowledge of SAP R/3 production planning and execution, SAP APO, SNC, and SNP.
  • Advanced working knowledge of drop ship scenarios, and related processes, supply chain planning and production execution and core business processes.
  • Experience implementing at least one end-to-end SNC project; participation in multiple full lifecycle APO-SNP implementations at least two of which involved the CTM solver.
  • Demonstrate advanced conceptual reasoning skills and discretionary judgment.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP ASAP process (or similar project methodologies) and ability to develop sound project plans within this framework.
  • Advanced project management skills, including ability to use influence, persuasion, and mediation to resolve issues and drive consensus.
  • Knowledge of HANA implementation desired.
  • Excellent working knowledge of upgrade processes and all aspects of system testing.
  • Able to work extended or non-standard hours to support business needs and project deadlines as needed.
