Job Description:

Responsible for functional specifications,

system configuration, solution testing, ensuring acceptance testing, end-user training and support.
Participates in the implementation as a subject matter expert and represents the businesses requirements.
Engages the team through his/her enthusiasm and about the business and technology.
Be able to handle multiple concurrent problems and identify solutions for the Business and drive deliverMaintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.Supports Dynamics AX current users by addressing their requests, issues and requirements.
Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.Designs workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
Demonstrated strong issue-resolution and problem-solving skills.Should be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize workload, work with frequent interruptions, and cope with sudden high-stress situations.
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Collaboration with IT and the Business Partners to identify & determine best solutions.Proactively find resolution to problems within the Business. Provide strategic view based on the knowledge within the systems.
Drive change in solutions as well as be able to outline opportunities to solve issues that the business faces each day.Report out on, and document, special program status and progress.
Work with other IT staff to ensure proper delivery of solutions and be able to communicate in a timely manner.
Test modifications for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to established standards.
Participates in system and acceptance testing.
Provides work estimates that permit prioritization and assignments to be made.
Provide pre go live and post go live end user support. Ensure project documents are complete and project is delivered successfully as per the plan.
Education and Experience:4+ years of x++ development experience and of Dynamics AX system administration.Extensive experience with Object Oriented Design (OOD).
Extensive experience with enterprise portal development a big plus.Experience with application integration framework.
Experience with the data import export framework.T-SQL development of complex procedures and functions.
Multi-tier Object Oriented Application Development using .Net Framework.
Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2010 and/or newer.
Excellent communication skills.Ability to lead and communicate orally, in written documents, and in formal presentations.Commitment to company Core Values.
Continuous involvement in his/her own professional development.
Mentor and guide others in aspects of the implementation lifecycle with specific emphasis upon Business solution(s) support.
Familiarity with the following: JAVA, C#, ASP, .NET, SQL, XMLKnowledge of standard development techniques (SDLC)Knowledge of SSAS and SSIS a big plus
